Orthopedic Imaging and Treatment Correlation Annotation

Remote · Global Hourly Currently live $25–$45/hr
Overview

Annotate AI-generated musculoskeletal imaging findings together with the orthopedic management plan derived from them, rating both the imaging read and the treatment reasoning.

About this job

We're seeking radiologists and orthopedic surgeons to annotate AI-generated outputs that identify findings on musculoskeletal imaging (fractures, joint pathology, alignment, hardware position) and then propose a management plan (conservative vs. surgical, fixation approach, follow-up). This task requires both a correct imaging read and sound orthopedic judgment about what that finding means for treatment. Each rating becomes a labeled training example used to fine-tune and reward-calibrate the model.

What you'll do
  • Confirm or correct AI-identified findings on musculoskeletal imaging (fracture pattern, joint pathology, hardware position).
  • Rate whether the proposed management plan is orthopedically appropriate for the finding.
  • Assess fixation, immobilization, or surgical recommendations for clinical soundness.
  • Flag mismatches between what the image shows and what the treatment plan assumes.
  • Reference standard orthopedic and radiologic classification systems while rating.
  • Apply a structured rubric consistently across the case batch.
  • Note the reasoning behind the rating given, specific to your area of expertise.
